I need to know if my product have a tracking number because when I paid for product. The seller write this message:
we just get informed by our manager that there is something wrong with this item. so we have to return it back to our supplier to check on this issue.
so we are so sorry that we are unable to send you this item.
is it ok if we refund you full payment first, you could purchase it some other time again in the future when the issue is fixed?
