I am currently selling on eBay Spain and have received an order. However, I am unable to complete the identity verification process at the moment because I do not yet have my NIE card. My NIE application is in process and the card is expected to arrive in approximately 3 months.
I kindly request a temporary extension or alternative verification method (such as passport + utility bill) so that I can continue operating my account and avoid suspension. I want to comply fully with your verification policies but need more time due to the legal residency process in Spain.
Please let me know if there is any possible solution or temporary approval available.
