Hello, good afternoon, excuse me, I would like to ask a question. I made a purchase online a month ago, it was sent from Canada to Ecuador, the person sent it by postal mail from their own country, Canada, here to Ecuador as regular mail, as if it were a letter, therefore, an international tracking was not issued, only one that works in Canada, the purchase was a CD, therefore it is just a small cardboard box, what would I do in the event that the package does not have a tracking number, much less something like identifying it, I just registered the package in Ecuador Post Office but after almost a month, I would like your help to know its whereabouts or what I should do in this case, I appreciate your response. But I haven't received a response from either side. Canada Post even told me to just trust that the package had left their country. So, how would I know if a package arrived in my country without any information? I think I should just give up or something like that.
