Has anyone not received a purchased item, which the seller has promised to replace? Time goes by and you don't receive the item, although the seller keeps sending you messages to reassure you that you will receive it. At the end, so much time goes by that you cannot leave negative feedback for the seller, and the item never arrives.
I won a part tea set of Old Leeds Sprays from a seller in Great Britain, a seller who has sold a lot of items and never received negative feedback. I never received this set. The seller kept telling me he was putting together a similar part tea set to ship to me as a replacement. Weeks passed. Finally I received a ten pound refund and a partial tea set (with fewer items than the set I never received), but not a cake plate the seller had promised to send to me.
So two packages from this seller never arrived. But I could not leave negative feedback on him because too much time had passed (for leaving feedback).
