USPS first class trabaja con numeros de seguimiento de tipo LKxxxxxxxxxUS?

hace unos dias gane una puja y el vendedor me envio el articulo con un numero de seguimiento del tipo LKxxxxxxxxxUS, el me afirma que se trata de first class mail international pero no me suena que sea asi.

¿alguien lo puede confirmar?

En la web de USPS hace referencia a ese codigo.

Begins with DC-DZ and LK followed by 13 numbers and the 2-letter country code of the originating country.
