Seller provided a strange tracking number for the parcel within the EU, which hasn't been updated for a month. 

 

The last update for this tracking number was on March 28, indicating that the parcel was in transit. It has already been a month. The shipment is from Germany to Spain. The seller keeps sending the same type of response to all my questions, saying that I should wait for information from the shipping company. He doesn’t want to solve the problem himself and doesn’t say how long exactly I have to wait. How can I resolve this issue? Is it the seller’s responsibility or the shipping company's?
