My package was held up during a random inspection at customs.
The buyer opened a case and received a full refund. I explained the situation to eBay and asked how long I could appeal.
I received a reply saying I had until November 13th to appeal.
The package safely arrived at the buyer's door on October 25th.
So, I appealed with confidence.
I trusted eBay and appealed. But now they're saying the original decision was correct.
We sellers rely on our credibility.
But decisions like this are truly frustrating.
Who would trust eBay to sell expensive items?
What should I do now?
