SOLUCION AL TRACKING ENVIO UK POR GLOBAL SHIPPING O PROGRAMAS DE ENVIO GLOBLAES DE EBAY

Hola esta semana compre un artículo en UK, el tipo de envio , es el que ofrece ebay "global international shipping" o envios globales de ebay, total que yo no sabia como hacer el seguimiento y me aparecia esto :

 "El envío ha sido transferido a WNDDER para su entrega en el destino final # 2xxxxxxxxxxx91 y me dan un numero de seguimiento tal como este UPBAAxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Indagando encontre que entrando aqui : http://wndirect.com 

y poniendo el dato 2xxxxxxxxxxx91 (sin la almohadlla) y no el numero que empezaba por UPBAA podia seguirlo, es mas me d...

Espero poder ayudar con esto, pues yo no he econtrado ningunra refencia en castellano, pero si en intaliano.

El GSP desde UK es un desastre. estoy esperando por la segunda compra y me parece que la tercera no la va a haber. Una lastima, siempre compré sin problemas a vendedores de UK, pero ahora me parece una estafa lo de Pitney Bowes, y el envío tarda una barbaridad, cuando antes llegaban en una semana o menos.

Abrí una disputa vía PayPal y me devolvieron el importe de Pitney Bowes.

Buenas, el 02/07/15 hice una compra y aun no me ha llegado, contacte con el vendedor y su respuesta es que hay numero de seguimiento, pues bien, el numero de seguimiento es un UPAAB0000001139... No consigo ver en que estado esta el pedido ni si esta en España, el caso es que no me llega el articulo y estoy mosqueada!! Por favor ¿hay alguna manera de saber el seguimiento de los pedidos mandados atraves de International priority shipping uk? El pedido se hizo a Reino Unido y el vendedor es digilandltd

Se me olvido decir que la fecha prevista fue para el 20/07/15

Compro un artículo el 3 de septiembre y esta vez tarda bastante en aparecer algo en el tracking. Cuando los de pitney bowes le pasan el paquete a seur, a día de hoy seur no lo tiene. Lo tendría que haber tenido ya el lunes o el martes. He abierto ya disputa, porque siendo algo muy pequeño, me huelo a que se ha perdido.

La última vez que pido algo por el global shipping. Lo peor es que ya todos en uk usan ese sistema. Es caro, muy lento, con problemas y encima paypal te clava más por hacer un cambio de moneda a su favor. Hace un par de meses recibí algo por royal mail y nada que ver. En menos de 1 semana tenía el paquete en casa.

Hoy después de la segunda queja en atención al cliente de Ebay, les he puesto este correo a PBISGSPCS@pb.com y después se lo he reenviado a Ebay España. No creo que sirva de mucho pero si nos quejamos todos a Ebay, con un poco de suerte nos los acabaremos cargando.

It is by far, the worst shipping service I've got in my whole trajectory in Ebay (208+ purchases during 13 years).

I have bought from Singapore to Hawai, from Finland to Greece, including Russia, US, most of Europe etc.

The article was marked as sent on September the 8th. Since then (10 days), it has covered 200 miles so it means at a speed of 20 miles per day!!!!!

Since then, I have bought:
- An article in Seoul that I received on Monday
- An article in California that I received on Monday
- An article in the UK that I received on Wednesday
- An article in France that I received on Tuesday
- An article in the UK that I received on Tuesday (sent on the 12th!!!!)
- An article in Massachusetts (sent on the 12th from the US!!!!)

All of them with the cheapest option available. In the case of the UK, with Royal post!!!! And you're slower.

Even more, when I already saw the article stopped at Alfreton, I contacted Ebay for highlighting that it was stopped.

ON SEPTEMBER THE 14TH (6 days after it was sent) I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY ARTICLE HAD BEEN RECEIVED IN THE U.S. GLOBAL CENTER!!!!!!!!! It is coming from the UK to Spain!!!

You provided on the 14th the information about SEUR tracking. Today, three days later, SEUR says that you have not provided the article.

Sincerely, I cannot imagine how it can be done worse, but I'm sure you'll find the way.

Anyway, I do hope that my complaint to Ebay (together with the rest of upset customers I've seen reporting your slowness) will lead to the cancellation of your business relationship.

Por este medio compre en Reino Unido , y es seur España la encargada de hacer las entregas , pues cuidado no lo uses son unos impresentables te bombardean con mail
Para que estés en casa y luego no te realizan la entrega , en el mejor de los casos pierdes dos días de tu tiempo para que te entreguen , y mienten en su web te dicen " acordada nueva entrega " cuando en realidad no han venido ni te han llamado por telefono , por seur , jamás son unos impresentables

Lo mio es peor sale ENTREGADO!!!!!!!  y yo no lo he recibido!!!!! Dicen que no puedo hacer una incidencia por que consta entregado!!! Asi que ellos tienen que averiguar y Seur se lava las manos que no le consta dicho pedido......o sea he perdido el!producto y/o el dinero!!!!!!!??????

Buenas tardes,

Al final me tardó algo así como tres semanas (frente a los dos o tres días que suelen tardar con Royal Mail). Y a las quejas ni siquiera respondieron. A ver si tú tienes más suerte.

Si en tu tracking pone SEUR... ¿No has probado en la página de Seur?

Escribe el numero pero sin la corcheta, cuando te aparzce los datos del pedido, en la parte de la derecha te aparecera un enlace directo a Seur para su seguimiento.
